To register for the annual Canadian Bottled Water Convention to be held September 16, 17 and 18th in Québec City, complete this form and forward to CBWA along with registration fees. Pre-registration is before September 15th, 2026. On site registration begins on September 16th, 2026.

Registration for full convention includes on ticket to the following:

Wednesday, September 16^th CBWA – Welcome Reception
Thursday, September 17^th(all day)– Members and Guests Dinner, Technical Committee and Board Of Directors Meetings
Friday, September 18^th (to 3PM)- Annual General Assembly breakfast and speakers, Technical Food Safety Practices Session Presentation

Refund Policy: Full refund will be allowed within thirty days of payment receipt. Fifty percent refund will be allowed after thirty days of payment receipt; no refund allowed forty-five days prior to convention.
