Each year, our bottler members are required to undergo an extensive, multi-step audit that covers all areas of production, from source water all the way through to finished product and packaging. This requirement of membership with the Canadian Bottled Water Association ensures that only the highest quality is delivered to consumers by our members. Additionally, facilities that score 95.0%-100% on their audit with no major non-conformances are awarded with a certificate of “Excellence in Manufacturing” for the year that their audit was performed. A certificate of “Honourable Mention” is awarded to bottling plants that score between 90.0% and 94.9%, with no major non-conformances.
